"Sources of Strength" make us resilient when life gets tough. The more you have, the easier it is to cope when you meet a challenge. Recognizing the people, places, and things that keep you strong increases your ability to overcome difficult situations. In this 1 hour workshop, we will consider the habits, patterns, and stories our children are using to face adversity and build their own emotional strength. Participants will get to inspire each other with the lessons we've learned about building resilient families.
