The vision of this project is to create an outdoor sensory area where all teachers in the school can take their students outside into a peaceful learning environment.

Outdoor settings motivate and increase student learning and provide a calming place to learn. This space will give gentle sensory stimulation through sound, touch, sight, and smell while providing an outdoor classroom space to meet curriculum goals.

This sensory learning garden is planned for an existing fenced space away from the recess areas in the schoolyard.
